Oh... here we go...

Were any LibDim promises made at the K&C election about providing a better 
ambulance service? Or about their keeping off the grass whilst carrying 
injured members of the public?

I think that counts as a "Would we do that, Guv?".

And yes, any party that fails to expel one of their councillors who obstructs 
an emergency ambulance carrying an injured man is capable of telling a few 
porkies.

But everyone here knows that already.
