So I now see. In fact Cambridge appears to have been the ninth best Lib
Dem percentage.
Unfortunately the percentages appear to be wrong by a small amount. The
Cambridge ones certainly are because the dividend total they have used
includes rejected papers. Percentages are conventionally of the valid
votes only.
