In the interests of accuracy the statement is not true, it is spin. The BCS survey
excluded the age group up to 16. If it  IS true where is the output of all the
cannabis factories going? Professor Colin Blakemore says it is being exported. I
have seen no substantial evidence of that. He has not produced any. I doubt he can
but what do I know. All my intelligence is that demand continues to rise and that
soap bar is once again being targeted on the UK. Also look out for LEB.
