Shouldn't that be "illict drugs"? 
Seeing how most squadies are off their heads on ethanol when off duty!

One can understand why soldiers shouldn't use some drugs - they might make
them peaceful and unwilling to kill fuzzie-wuzzies. Booze, and a few
others, encourage fuzzie-wuzzie torture and slaughter.
