IIRC Coprox(A)mol has two components, dextropropoxyphene which has quite a
pleasant psychotropic effect and paracetamol.

Again, IIRC, it's the paracetamol which kills unless it's combined with
alcohol or other depressants.

In my younger (and supposedly less rational) days I used to be really
narked at them for putting the paracet in the pills as the hit's pleasant
enough to tempt you to get dangerously close to OD.
