"An outbreak of moral panic, combined with a number of accidents
involving people jumping to their deaths off high buildings thinking
they could fly, led governments around the world to ban LSD."

Is that number zero? 'a widespread urban legend that lives on to this
day [..] According to a popular story that warns young people about
the dangers of drug use, "some girl" jumps from a window while on an
acid trip because the drug fools her into thinking she can fly.' -

It is interesting to note that one of the UK Government alcohol warning
films shows a drunken climbing up a tower and thinking he can fly.

I read that the person who jumped to their death was a soldier in the
US military, who had been spiked without his approval or even
awareness that it was happening, and jumped because he thought he was
going mad, not because he thought he could fly.
