Hi,

It has long been custom within uk.* to check for groups that are not 
being used and then to remove them. By doing this we keep the number of 
dead groups down increasing the chances that someone stumbling across a 
group wil find it useful.

This group appears to have been dead for quite some time and has 
probably seen fewer than 10 posts since Ivor handed over to us in 2002. 
Unless anyone gives a good reason why not then I intend to submit the 
formal RFD for the removal of upa next weekend.
