Sleep Apnoea
I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnoea/dyspnoea after a sleep study I
went to at the Victoria Infirmary. My follow up appointment was today and
they have given me a CPAP machine to try out. Had a little go of it at the
hospital and I think it's going to take a wee bit of getting used to. I was
talking to the doc about getting a proper nights sleep and that possibly
helping my depression. He says it might be contributing. So fingers
crossed that this thing works.

Not really used it yet. Tried it on Thursday night, but woke up a few times
having pulled the mask thing off. Spent the weekend with my gf and felt it
might kinda make me look weird all dressed up like Jacques Cousteau. I'm
going ot try it out tonight, although I've just slept for about 14 hours, so
I might be awake for a while.

You never know, there's bound to be a woman somewhere who gets turned on
by that and it might just be yours.

Hope it goes okay.
