Anxious on the inside   
Does anyone here experience an inner feeling of anxiety/inner dread but 
doesn't always give out an outer impression of being anxious?
You know you are feeling anxious but it's not being picked up by other 
people.

Not me personally, but several posters here have reported similar 
symptoms. IIRC Sarah is an extreme case.

yes, but i think therapy has done this.   therapy, for me, tends to say 
"x is unacceptable to show in public, y is unacceptable to talk about"
which, once got, hides it all.
