Remember that cold ...
... we were passing to and fro between us?

I asked in here for help and got some good tips. Went to the health shop in
town and they didn't have what we wanted so we told her the details and she
said she would recommend Echinacea Root.

We took her word for it and bought some. Now, a week or so later, we are
almost free! The dose is between 1 and 3 per day with food. I reckon if we'd
taken 3 the first day (as we did) then dropped to 2 a day for a little while
before going to 1 i(nstead of going straight to 1 a day as we did) we'd have
totally lost it by now.

They are doing the trick, though, so if anyone gets in the same position the
gooses can recommend Echinacea Root :-)

I too swear by Echinacea, I take the tablets, I always start a course just
before we go on holiday until we come home. I find if I get a cold it cuts
the time of the cold down considerably.

Well, there we are, another believer ;-)
According to google it gives the system a kick to kill things - especially
the common cold :-)

And who's to say you wouldn't have been if you hadn't taken anything?

My sister swears by it (well, she doesn't actually swear since she's a
nun). She bought some for me as a pressie months ago but I haven't
needed them yet.

I hope when you do they w*rk as well for you as they are doing for us!
Just remember the 3-2-1 reduction needs a bit longer than you'd think :-)
