Oh B****r and double B****r.
That bl***ed alarm's off doing it's nut again, and everybody else's within
earshot in Sheffield 6.

Trouble is I don't know where the place is, and I'm not going for a walk
round the area sightseeing in this weather. :(

Yep, sometime overnight I think. One of the neighbours reckoned that
there were two alarms at it. She ended up with loads of cotton wool in her
ears overnight, but then she sleeps in the front bedroom not the back.

Possibly somebody closer used darkness to give it a close look at a hammer
:-)

So there will be lots of little alarms around soon :-)

I shouldn't think so. Although she's a bit of a cracker she leaves all that
kind of thing to her daughter these days. ;)

By law burglar alarms must be fitted with a cut-out that shuts them
down after twenty minutes. If this one sounds for longer than that
report it to your local Environmental Health dept. Don't worry about
not knowing where it's coming from, that's not your problem. They can
do a bit of detective work and track it down - possibly with the help
of the police. If no-one reports it nothing will be done.
