You seem to forget we had this conversation several years ago, when I
looked into the matter and posted my comments to mha.  Consistent with
your behaviour in the newsgroups, the Australian court's disposition
on your public misrepresentation of the plaintiff's business was a
reminder that your gift for disinformation is obviously vocational.
That your reciprocal litigation was not resolved by final ruling does
not change the fact you were warned to disengage from further public
statements in the matter except for the requirement that you post a
disclaimer regarding your specious claims.  Just reading a collection
of your "commentaries" to the newsgroups, however, is sufficient to
know that you lack intellectual honesty or a shred of credibility
while shilling for industry.  Case closed.
