Drug Tests   
Can someone tell me, please, whether officers in the armed forces are
subject to the same random drug tests as non-commissioned ranks.

AAIK in  RN Ships the tests are carried out from Captain down. As it should 
be IMHO.

I have to say that in my time it was pretty unthinkable that Officers would 
even contemplate taking drugs - just the same as Officers in the Household 
Brigade would have been cashiered if they'd been seen coming drunk out of a 
London nightclub, like certain current members of the Household Brigade I 
could mention. And this was only just over 30 years ago...have times changed 
THAT much?
