he formulate that. so who is entitled to personal home care, who will
regulate and who will supervise it. Are the disabled involved in this
"personal home care". Will on pensioners get the care and leave out the
disabled or what. He glossed over very quickly. He never gave any info on
how it will be conducted. why didn't he say that pensioners and the disabled
will get personal home care. it was a very scanty speech on personal home
care

Speeches tend to be as scanty as a 15 year old girl's clothes in a
nightclub.
