Cameron's Flat Mate

What is the purpose of Cameron's Flat Mate (the dark one who used to be in
Grange Hill several years ago) all she seems to do is moan and I dont think
I've ever seen her anywhere else than in the Halls, moaning.

A pointless character if there ever was one me thinks.....
