SPOILERS FOR NEIGHBOURS, 04-08 MAY'09 (5635-5638)


No show on Mayday bank holiday.

Bridget doubts that she's got what it takes to be a mother. Paul is
drawn into Cassandra's evil web, when she stands him up instead. Harold's
neighbours thwart his attempts to leave town without a big surprise party.
Declan & Miranda are hurt by Bridget's plan to seek an adoption. After an
emotional farewell, Harold departs for the last time - bickering with Lou,
who had stowed away in the camper van to make sure his old friend arrives
safely in Queensland. Miranda offers to raise Bridget's baby herself.

A supremely selfish Bridget accuses poor Miranda of thinking only of
herself. Rachel receives a letter from the Accelerated Learning Centre in
London. At the gym on the eve of her wedding, Libby is struck by sudden
pain. In a recording studio, Rachel's friends are baffled as she discards
her music career, though Zeke is supportive. While Miranda alienates Steve
& Rebecca, Bridget lashes out at Declan - who feels forced to choose his
child over their relationship. Libby refuses to admit how ill she is.

Rebecca & Declan have been evicted, but Cassandra makes sure that Paul
does not help them, then for good measure she ruins the bridesmaid gowns.
Tyler accepts that Rachel wants him to succeed in music, not herself. The
Napiers are taken in by Stephanie, but Cassandra makes sure that Rebecca's
replacement gown looks awful - except Donna cleverly comes to the rescue
as guests gather for the wedding. Libby manages to get through her vows,
but once the ceremony ends she collapses into her new husband's arms.

After Libby is taken to hospital, Stephanie & Jarrod follow instructions
to go ahead with the wedding reception - with them as 'the happy couple'.
Bridget cruelly refers to her mum as Miranda. Libby's family are shocked
to hear that she's pregnant. Wandering through Lassiter's Complex, Miranda
picks up a crying baby to go and find its mother. Cassandra is jealous of
Rebecca catching Stephanie's bouquet, and Ringo is jealous of Zeke dancing
with Donna. Due to Steve mouthing off, Miranda ends up being arrested.

As Harold is leaving, Bridget calls out an invitation for him to come
back and see her baby. This seems weird given her adoption story, but
apparently the line was ad-libbed by her actress, Eloise Mignon. Also,
the next-day's scenes in a studio were shot where most incidental music
for the show is recorded, with crew members in cameo roles.
