Three judges and a crook
THE STORY OF THREE JUDGES AND A CROOK

THE BACKGROUND

In 1985, I agreed with my friend/client, Dennis Bottomley, that in my
converting his three derelict cottages into one large dwelling, I would
supply and fix 'better quality' items than those allowed for in the
improvement grant specification.

At the same time, he in turn, had an agreement with his neighbour, a Mr Ian
Bailey, that he could have any stone slates that were salvageable from the
roofs. For this reason, the slates that were salvaged were put in to his
neighbour's garage from where most of them were later stolen. Whilst in
progress, the theft was reported to the police and put on record.

In 1986 Bottomley did not tell Judge John Walford, - who was then his
barrister - that the slates had been stolen. Instead, he told him that I had
taken them for myself and that he wanted me to credit him with £2000 as
their supposed value. He also told John Walford that he had supplied and
paid for all of the 'better quality' materials, and he wanted that I should
deduct their values, plus the £2000 for the slates, from the 'contract price'.

In court in 1990, he told Judge Arthur Hutchinson that he had given me the
slates in return for my doing the works at no cost to himself. At the start
of his evidence, he told Judge Hutchinson that he had supplied some of the
'better quality' materials, but not others, before eventually conceding that
he had supplied nothing at all.

In court in 2003, he told Judge John Cockcroft that he had given me the
slates in return for my supplying the 'better quality' materials.

3 different stories to 3 different judges prove Bottomley to be a serial
liar and perjurer, and yet he got a judgement in his favour on one of his
versions of contract and inducements to contract. His deceptions got him
everything for nothing, and cost me everything that I had.

My website at http://colinpetersbd40jh.tripod.com reveals even more
deceptions from Bottomley and has been viewed by thousands of people. I do
know beyond any doubt that, had Bottomleys deceptions been put before a
Trial by Jury as prescribed in the Magna Carta, then, no way in this world,
would I have suffered this gross injustice.

Our countries written constitution as laid down in the Magna Carta came
about through the will of the people and only through the will of the people
can it be revoked or changed in any way. It was intended to protect the
people from tyranny and oppression on the parts of those in authority and
any attempt to subvert it is unlawful and an act of treason. The British
public must demand the restoration of Trial by Jury in all matters of
dispute and law.

Adoption of Constitutional Common Law Trial by Jury please visit
