WE The People
One's Will is an expression of Sovereignty, ie: the ultimate authority to
make and impose laws.
The Will of We the People is only inferior to the Will of God...Theocracy
being superior to Democracy.
The Will of the People prevails over Public Servants, eg: Parliaments,
Judges, Registrars, Police, etc., who are servants of the People.
The Courts are the People's Court, ie: where People administer Justice by 12
of the People congregating as Jurors (deliverers of Common Law), who ask "So
help me God" to be able to do right.
People can only be judged by their equals gathered together as Juries.
Common Law is the Law of the People, by the People and for the People and
overrules Statute Law which only made by Parliaments, ie: by the servants of
the People.
People hold their servants accountable and judge them according to Common
Law.
Judges can judge themselves and other creations of Parliament, ie: of that
third level of Jurisdiction (Bureaucracy), according to Statute Law.
Judges do not judge We the People.
"We" is you and I.
As individuals, We the People can consent to allow a Summary procedure, ie:
without a Jury, but that consent must be clear and unequivocal.
Servants of the People cannot disobey the Will of the People.
The Referendum of 1988 was a ploy to trick the People into surrendering
their Will, ie: it was an attempt to have the People surrender their
Sovereignty by allowing Judges to judge People for Contempt of Court and for
Military Officers to judge us in matters of Martial Law. Fortunately, that
proposed alertation to the Australian Constitution was defeated at the Polls
by an overwhelmiong majority. However, the Australian Judiciary have
disregarded the Will of the People...which is nothing less than Treason.
Public Servants cannot stop the People taking their disputes and causes to
Court. Should a Registrar or Judge, ie: an Officer of the Court, reject the
filing an action brought by any of the People, you or I simply say, "It is
my Will that it be filed.". Should the Public Servant still disobey, then a
Grand Jury is assembled to indict that offender to be tried in the People's
Court by a Petit/Trial Jury for Contempt of Court - which is the offence of
interferring with the administration of Justice where Justice is "the
protection of rights and the punishment of wrongs".
Never forget Sui Juris.
Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.
