Treason is often used by members of the UK establishment such as criminal 
former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding present  residing at the property 
known as "Mirehouse", Bassenthwait, Keswick, Cumbria.

  Spedding unlawfully heard Durham and Newcastle County Court cases 
DH400950, DH400898, and NE401650. Then he took substantial action to further 
pervert the course of justice in the above cases. He assisted Miss Shirley 
Carr to use perjury in these cases. Miss Shirley Carr presently unlawfully 
resides in my home at 16A The Lyons. Hetton-le-Hole, Tine and Wear.

  Mr Patrick Timothy the Registrar of the Durham District Land Registry was 
aware that a false entry was made on the Land Register but refused to act on 
it. By failing to act on this crime Timothy showed that he was part of the 
Masonic Mafia now ruling the UK.

  Solicitor Mr Paul Graney swore an affidavif supporting the fact that a 
false entry had been made on the Durham District Land Register applicable to 
the above cases.

  Brown and war criminal Blair, ignored these matters which also included 
Northumbria Police Special Squad (murder squad) attempts to murder me 
shortly before they stole 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear. 
Being hancuffed and then the attempt to push a sword into my chest is now 
becoming typical of police murders..

  Why did the Suunderland Echo newpaper reporters  keep quiet abot the 
evidence of my cases, some of which thjey had seen, despite one of their 
crime reporters telling me that they did not expect to see me again after 
police stole my home in February 2003?

  This is only a part of my story and the reason that I will never give up 
my fight for justice.

  I worked very hard to rebuild 16A The Lyons, only to see it stolen by a 
mob employed by a woman who I am sure has never even washed a cup in her 
life.

            In 1972, and perhaps before, the Queen and her government placed 
themselves subject to charges under the Treason Act 1351 and the Treason 
Felony Act 1848 by plotting to overthrow the sovereign supremacy of the 
nation and the lawful supremacy of the Constitution.

            They sought to cover their actions by making English law 
subordinate to foreign law and claiming that the treasonous European 
Communities Act 1972  had been made part of the British Constitution, an 
action that was within itself in defiance of constitutional constraint and 
an act of treason.

            Since 1972 the Queen and her successive governments have upheld 
the treachery with disregard not only to the rule of English law but in 
defiance of the wishes and demands of the British people.

            Under our Rule of Law no one is above the law be they king or 
commoner. Eventually the people will find a way of holding the proven 
perpetrators of these crimes against the British people to account. Pleas 
of, "please sir he made me do it" and "I was only following orders" and "we 
can always give back that which we stole" will be indefensible and 
unacceptable.

            Just as the Queen had the powers vested in her by the people at 
the time of her coronation to prevent the crimes committed, she also had and 
has the power to initiate and perpetuate the felony. Regardless of all 
considerations, the Queen as Crowned Sovereign Head of State, Governor of 
the nation and Head of the Executive must take full responsibility for the 
planned destruction of the nation state. If the Queen's position is not 
publicly exposed and she is not replaced, and soon, it will mean the end of 
the nation state.
