Dear Fellow Freedom Fighters,

Below is a very brief story of the Eureka Stockade Rebellion in 1854 in 
Australia. The importance of this event is that Justice was delivered by 
Trial by Jury. There were 6 separate Jury Trials of the Rebels whom the 
tyrannical British Governor wanted hanged for High Treason. However, all 6 
Juries judged those men, who stood up for their Rights, to have done no 
wrong, ie: Not Guilty. THAT is the importance of the Eureka Stockade.

Today, in this same Australia, the Banks and Judges have destroyed 
Democracy, ie: the Right to Trial by Jury has been taken from the People, 
and the words of Magna Carta, ie: that "No free man shall be taken indeed 
imprisoned, either dispossessed, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any manner 
destroyed, nor pass over him, nor send over him, except by means of the 
legal judgment of his own equals indeed the law of the land.", are unknown 
by the People and trampled underfoot by the Banks and Judges.

On Tuesday, 9 September 2008, my dental surgery at 331 North Rocks Road, 
North Rocks, NSW 2151, Australia was invaded by 14 Police Officers and 
Sheriffs while I and a group of patriotic Australians held a "Eureka 
Stockade Barbeque" in the front car park. Banksters (FIRSTMAC Pty Ltd) had 
obtained a "Writ of Possession" by way of a "hearing" in the NSW Supreme 
Court on 26 June 2008 when I was denied my Right to Trial by Jury and my 
Challenge to the Jurisdiction of the Court was disregarded .... thus, 
constituting a Kangaroo Court. Contracts by the Banksters are fraud because 
"variable interest rates render a contract void for uncertainty" and, by 
this fraud, they steal and kill and destroy .... truly a conspiracy between 
them and the Australian Judiciary.

For Truth, Justice, Freedom and Democracy to be restored, we have to stand 
our ground ... as the men of 1854 did. BUT, without the Right to Trial by 
Jury, the TYRANNY, that was defeated then, will triumph today and from now 
on.

possessions, tools of trade, patients' records, etc., have been stolen from 
there) and invite more Court Attendance Notices in the hope of one day 
receiving what is my Right, ie: "the lawful judgment of my equals". JW.





      EUREKA STOCKADE

In the early 1850's, people from all over the world came to the Victorian 
goldfields in the hope of striking it rich.

Ballarat became the new frontier, where tens of thousands of diggers worked 
their claims. All age groups, cultural backgrounds and some 20 nationalities 
were represented, turning the diggings into Australia's first multicultural 
community.

The miners worked very hard, often with no reward, but were forced to pay a 
mining licence fee which was collected by government representatives who 
were often brutal.

Things reached a boiling point with the murder of a young Scottish digger, 
named James Scobie, in a brawl outside Bentley's Eureka Hotel. The killer 
was set free leading to a violent protest in which the pub was burnt to the 
ground.

On November 11, 1854, the diggers formed the Ballarat Reform League 
protesting government policy. An agreement spelling out their political 
demands, called for the abolition of the dreaded licences and the right to 
vote in making the laws.

The diggers fury was further ignited when three men were arrested and 
sentenced to prison for burning down Bentley's Eureka Hotel. Conflict was 
sure to happen.

On November 29, 12,000 people were present when the Southern Cross flag, was 
unfurled for the first time, becoming the symbol of their struggle. In an 
atmosphere of defiance and triumph, the diggers burned their licences and 
fired shots into the air. The following day, under the leadership of a young 
Irishman, Peter Lalor, a smaller but determined group swore the Eureka Oath;

"We swear by the Southern Cross to stand truly by each other and fight to 
defend our rights and liberties".

     Taking up arms, they marched to their camp, erecting barricades to form 
what would become the Eureka Stockade.

      Sensing the air of rebellion, authorities ordered a crackdown, calling 
in reinforcements from Melbourne to help put down an increasingly angry mob. 
After a two day stand-off, heavily armed troopers and police attacked the 
camp before dawn on Sunday, December 3, catching the diggers unprepared.

      Some 120 men were inside the stockade . outnumbered and outgunned, 
they were quickly overwhelmed. The fighting lasted less than a hour and over 
30 people were killed.

But this short-lived revolution became a lasting symbol of the struggle 
against injustice and oppression and a defining moment in the creation of 
the Australian spirit.

The Eureka Rebellion demonstrated the refusal of citizens to be dominated by 
unfair government and laws.

It was an important step in the establishment of the democratic principle 
that each person has a say in how they are governed, along with the 
Australian notion of "a fair go for all".

      In 2004 Australia commemorates and celebrates the 150th anniversary of 
Eureka and its legacy the Australian spirit.

      The Eureka Stockade centre is located in East Ballarat on what is 
considered to be the site of one of the most significant events in the 
evolution of Australian democracy - the Eureka Rebellion.

Judicial criminal former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding presently 
resident at "Mirehouse", Bassenthwaite, Keswick, Cumbria has like many 
judicial criminals ignored the existence of the Magna Carta signed 1215 AD. 
Speddings crime of perverting the course of justice on which he unlawfully 
sat on Durham and Newcastle County Court cases DH400950, DH40898 and 
NE401650. His illegal and perverted ruling on these cases has been ignored 
for too long by people who are paid to protect UK people against such 
criminals as Spedding.

Australia seems to come under the same category as the UK. The Crown 
employed mob continue to ignore the Magna Carta.  Spedding no longer is the 
legal owner of "Mirehouse". This property now belongs to me as part of the 
damages this judicial criminal has caused to me.

Spedding is reputed to be a friend of Queen Elizabeth II. She is an integral 
part of the Judicial Oath of fairness fraud. The UK now has a criminal as 
its Crown and Head of State in these circumstances. UK authorities have 
carried out the theft of my home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and 
Wear. most of my personal possessions.

Northumbria Police Special Squad also handcuffed me and then tried to push a 
sword into my chest which had previously decorated a room of my home. 
Previously they had planned to shoot me using police marksmen. These people 
are still at large. Yes the UK Crown does employ criminals. This is the tip 
of a very large iceberg that I have experienced showing that criminals are 
indeed employed by the UK Crown.

Those in UK authority who ignore the principles of the Magna Carta are 
guilty of treason and eventually be broght to justice. Those who are 
protecting them will also be brought to justice. Until people like criminal 
former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding are brought to justice the UK 
justice system has no credibility and must be treated as such.

Maybe contributing to the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee 
Inquiry into Freemasonry within the UK police and judiciary has caused me 
serious damage but at least it has kept me occupied exposing the Crown 
employed Mafia. The number of Freemasons employed within thse authorities 
would alarm people if they were aware how extensive it is. I look upon 
Freemasons as the Devils advocates. They are without doubt generally devil 
worshipers where Queen Elizabeth II is their Patron.
