(REPEAT): APOLOGIES TO ALL WHO ARE RECEIVING UNSOLICITED EMAIL AND
ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO ARE RECEIVING DUPLICATE COPIES. We are
prevented from sending faxes and anticipate further unlawful
interference with e-mail. British Telecoms was first to sabotage our
communications. Now it could be Carphone Warehouse (AOLUK, OneTel,
Talk Talk) or/and Microsoft. Note that AOLUK chose our BT Modem but
are doing nothing about BTâ?Ts decision to disable our Modem (BT ADSL)
It now appears that AOL and not BT have been responsible for disabling
our modem but Rake of BT has never denied his responsibility.
CORRECTION TO VOMIT 26 09. We stated that the Americans and the
British had been responsible for 100,000 civilian Iraqi lives. For
lives put deaths.
Note: BT is now offering employees 75% pay while they donâ?Tt work for
one year. Like all organisations dominated by Freemasonry money is
squandered in over paying senior staff and in awarding contracts to
Masonic brothers irrespective of cost or competence.
Airdrie Electronics submitted tenders for contract work for Post
Office Telephones; the forerunner of BT. P O Telephones supplied
templates, which prevented Airdrie Electronics from manufacturing the
parts.
Seriously vindictive Masons (The Dirty Brigade) have always domin
ated
BT.
The Fire in the South London tower block
Years ago we complained about Keyham House, a tower block on Brunei
Estate, London W2 for which Westminster City Council was responsible.
The members of parliament notified were Arthur Latham, Labour and John
Wheeler, Conservative.
The basis of the construction was a lattice of reinforced concrete
beams linked by steel tie rods.
The construction workers were on piecework and did not spend time
lining up the tie rods. They hammered them flat. As a consequence
a gas explosion, for example, would blow out a floating reinforced
concrete beam and cause the building to collapse as happened at Ronan
Point.
Many years ago the council decided to demolish Keyham House and
changed its mind. Circa seven years ago it carried out repairs that
involved steel bracing to prevent the building from splitting.
The tie rod problem applies not only to tower blocks but to every
block of flats in Brunel Estate. Interestingly Labour councillors
supported the Conservative council in putting working families at risk
and targeted us for drawing attention to the threat to the lives of
working people. Karen Buck and Andrew Dismore, now members of
parliament, were Westminster City Councillors.
During the time of the latest repairs to Keyham House CityWest Homes
Ltd was mismanaging the estate. Currently Mr Mark Hoyland, Chief
Executive of=2
0Citywest has not replied to our complaint about the
half-caste lady in the estate office who is retaining about £4,000
belonging to us.

Preface
The attached documents which comprise "The Corporation 1067-Present"
sketch out a larger work-in-progress. I am releasing the information
at this time as it belongs to us all and should be in the public domain
for urgent discussion and considered action.
An Open Letter to the Established Order of the United Kingdom
The Norman-English Empire [sic] has enjoyed a better reputation than it
has deserved, but it should be credited, at least from the time of
Edward VII, with having a sensible regard for public opinion.
Crown immunity has long been used to secure and preserve that
reputation by keeping inconvenient facts from the public. Because so
much corruption has accumulated at all levels, the government cannot
afford to be honest.
The first charter of his dynasty was granted by William the Conqueror
in 1067 to the Corporation of the City of London, making it
self-regulating. The current
royals, his direct descendants, have had
little choice but to continue to placate associations of powerful
self-serving men.
Sir Kenneth Cork (deceased), a City insolvency practitioner and
government 'fixer', was the driving force behind the creation of
'instant' livery companies in his term as Lord Mayor (1978-79). His
autobiography makes it clear that the intention was not just to
increase the influence of the City, but also to make that influence
impossible to resist.
William the Conqueror and King John had to defer to the combined might
of City men and their own barons by granting them charters setting out
privileges which were not granted to ordinary people.
Royal charters are anti-democratic. They almost always concentrate
power at the top. Most of them (if my survey is at all representative)
place the powerful above the law, even specifically excusing fraud
('non-recital' and 'mis-recital').
The government has never been a democracy, but as a weak monarchy it
can plead duress and belief in a greater good.
The plea of duress carries substantial weight. Readers of the attached
documents will see that men acting in association have semi-covertly
dictated government policy for their own financial gain and, in all too
many cases, to the detriment of the common good.
If the government's belief that it was serving a greater good
(stability) by allowing self-described 'wealth creators' to drive
public policy might have been def
ensible in the past, this is no longer
the case. A government, which has enabled privileged people to ride
roughshod over others, will struggle to be respected.
Walter Bagehot's 'middle and lower orders' are angry. We are angry
that bankers were bailed out while small businesses have been allowed
to fail and people have lost their homes through no fault of their own.
We are angry that MPs not only gave themselves allowances to cover both
luxuries and necessities, but also even then cheated the system.
We are angry that we have no economic security, long and often unsocial
hours of work, an environment under constant threat and countless petty
restrictions on our everyday activities.
The British people will now come to understand how their basic rights
have been disregarded, not just through Crown immunity, but also
through royal charters, which specific professions and commercial
interests have exploited. At public expense. At great cost to the
environment. Adding to the sum total of human misery.
The perceived greater good--based upon the greatest gain for and the
least damage to the established order--is inferior to the common good,
which benefits everyone.
The revelations in the attachment are no threat to the monarchy. To
the contrary, they can liberate it from its powerful supporters,
allowing a new social contract.
What Can Be Done Now?
1. Our common goal should be increased security for everyone
regardless
of status. This can be done by forgiveness of debt and the
secure possession of a primary residence.
2. People in positions of power should conduct themselves from this
time forward to qualify for mitigation in any amnesty or other
resolution.
3. Amnesty can be based upon the admission of wrongdoing and
appropriate expressions of remorse.
4. Restitution of or compensation for property, which was obtained by
fraud or other unconscionable manipulation, can be decided by lay
allocation boards.
5. Common law should be established as superior to statutory law and
issues of 'right and wrong' settled by juries charged with giving
reasoned decisions.
6. Never again should corporations be allowed to profit from
activities, which are detrimental to human life and the environment.
7. A progressive land tax would, over time, reduce inequality and
increase everyone's well being without causing major disruption.
Our common fears have been based upon (1) the assumption of scarcity
and (2) the knowledge of our personal vulnerability. The former can be
shown to be false. The latter may best be dealt with by understanding
that, despite every wrong and disaster we see in the foreground, the
human race has become ever more concerned, more principled and more
determined to address what is wrong.
Terrible damage has been done. There is now a fortunate opportunity
and a moral obligation to mend and heal.

N.B. This open letter and the attached documents, which constitute
â?~The Corporation 1067-Presentâ?T, are being distributed in the public
interest to academics, office holders, journalists, campaigners and
(separately) other individuals in the UK and elsewhere. Along with the
full research, it has also been circulated in hard copy and on CD-Rom.
Letter (4anBrown3) He who sups with the Devil Wednesday 1 July 2009
To: Prime Minister Brown
From: VOMIT, 18 Truro House, Brunel Estate, London W2 5UY Fax/Phone
020 7727 5300 (Disconnected) Editorial â?oWeâ?
Please reply to 11 Ten Acres, Amersham Road, Chalfont St Giles, Bucks.
HP8 4TB or by email.
Dear Prime Minister,
Let us hope that you have someone in your office that is concerned
about the future of the Labour Party because you have clearly lost your
way.
Now that the Americans are allowing the Iraqis to govern Iraq after
slaughtering upwards of 100,000 innocent civilians and leaving many
more disabled the major American oil companies are fighting over the
control of Iraqi oil. In Afghanistan the war there is about oil from
the Caspian Sea with the Americans again leading the fight. There
never was a reason for the United Kingdom to go to war in Iraq or
Afghanistan and, more importantly, there was never a UN mandate to wage
war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Your dut
y is to pull British forces out
of both Iraq and Afghanistan without delay.
Will you please keep your promise of a referendum on the European
Treaty/Agreement? It is costing the United Kingdom £40 million per
day. What right have you to award millions to foreign countries to
help orphans arising from Aids deaths? Charity begins at home where
patients cannot afford prescription charges and go without. Surely
you are not seeking to increase the black vote.
What right have you to appoint people to your government when they
have not been democratically elected? We refer to Lady Kinnock, Lord
Mandelson, MP Balls and Sir Alan Sugar whom you have proposed for a
peerage. Balls should be expelled with his wife Yvette Cooper over
their expenses swindles. Also get rid of the Israelites whose
judgement is impaired by the enthusiasm for assisting the Zionists of
Israel in spite of the recent mass murder of innocent civilians in Gaza.
Are you going to do anything about your useless Justice Minister
Straw? When are UK citizens going to have their right to trial by
jury? When are the police going to investigate perjury, fraud and
misconduct in public office by judges, counsel, solicitors and public
servants?
When are you going to deal with EDF Energy debt to the UK and its
unlawful imposition a tariff on former customers of London Electricity?
Have=2
0you recovered the £17 billion that EDF and its German partners
deprived you of when you were Chancellor of the Exchequer?
We note that Mandelson is backtracking on all his wacky ideas aided
and abetted by Home Secretary Johnson. Surely it is time for you to
take up that teaching job at the Queen Victoria School, Dunblane where
you will be able to put your clammy hands on the shoulders of pupils
rather that curry favour with EU ministers who are running rings round
you.
Yours fraternally, pp VOMIT
Comment: This dirty, cowardly man has used his wife again to garner
votes by having her march with the gay pride parade. The Bishop of
Rochester has asked the gay marchers to repent. Any day now we will
have a Cleft Palate Spina Bifida pride parade. What will the Bishop
say to that? â?oSuffer little children, sexual deviants and the
seriously disabled to come unto me for they are the children of God.â?
London Mayors Boris Johnson and Kenneth Livingstone are likely to
arrange a heterosexual pride parade since promiscuity has brought them
a lot of orgasmic pleasure that, according to one of them, is better
than whiskey and stealing public money.
There is a report that the top brass of BBC have better pensions deals
than anyone else in the UK. On Sunday 5 July 2009 David Miliband
again demonstrated his unbelievable incompetence. BBCâ?Ts Andre
w Marr
did not apply pressure on him. Dirty Brown referred to him as a
novice or tenderfoot. Like Brown he is now seizing every opportunity
to attract attention to himself. His latest forays into foreign
affairs involved meddling in Iranâ?Ts affairs and in North Koreaâ?Ts rocket
launches. We can understand why he targets Iran, a country that
refuses to recognise the dying state of Israel but North Korea has
never abused the Zionists of Israel who murdered thousands of civilians
in Gaza.
Letter (4anCAMERON1) Eurosceptics or Euroseptics Thursday 2 July 2009
To: Rt. Hon. David Cameron, MP, House of Commons, London SW1A 0AA.
Please reply to 11 Ten Acres, Misbourne Farm, Amersham Road, Chalfont

From VOMIT, 18 Truro House, London W2 5UY Elected member of Brunel
Estate Tenantsâ?T Association Committee, Fax /Phone 020 7727 5300
(Disconnected) â?oWeâ? is editorial.
Dear Mr Cameron,
Sometimes we are so engrossed in our priorities that we miss
collateral threats.
Kenneth Clarke is still bent on replacing you and in undermining you by
insisting upon an equivocal approach to the European Union. He
should be removed from the shadow cabinet.
The Conservative constituency party should deselect John Bercow. If
this doesnâ?Tt happen there is something sinister going on within your
party.
Presumably it was the Labour beggar
s on horseback who carried the vote
against prosecuting members of parliament because that would undermine
democracy. Surely public servants above all should be prosecuted and
jailed for criminal behaviour like fraud related to expenses.
Jonathan Aitken and Lord Archer were prosecuted and jailed.
You should also give an undertaking that you will hold a referendum on
whether we should join the European Union.
On a lighter note Comrade Brown, our esteemed Prime Minister, son of
the Scottish Presbyterian Manse and member of the Brotherhood of
Freemasons repeated claims that he always tells the truth. He
probably believes that because he suffers from delusions. John Knox
must be turning in his grave. â?oThou darnaâ?T talk Mass at ma lugs.â?
Incidentally we believe that Cameron is a Scottish name. â?~O wad some
powâ?Tr the giftie gie us tae see oorsels as ithers see us. It wad
frae mony a blunder free us anâ?T foolish notion.â?T
On the question of second jobs for MPs there is no justification for
that. Within the Labour party you will find that there is an
abundance of solicitors and barristers. Who better to lie their way
out of trouble as they line their pockets from extra-parliamentary
activities? If they knew that they were going to be deprived of the
extras perhaps they would keep their dirty noses out of politics.
On the question of law you should know that judges who started off as
barristers are still breaking the law by not ensuring that every
litigant has his or his case determined by a jury.
We will copy this to Cheryl Gillan, MP who has been helpful to a
member of our family. Sir Mark Potter is another administrator who
deserves praise.
Yours sincerely, pp VOMIT
Comment: Kenneth Clarke is still pulling out all the stops in order
to replace David Cameron. He is a true blabbermouth with a few
directorships to his name. Is he still working for the Imperial
Tobacco Company and promoting lung cancer?
Letter (4anCAMERON2) George Osborne and John Lyon Friday 3 July 2009
From VOMIT, 18 Truro House, London W2 5UY Elected member of Brunel
Estate Tenantsâ?T Association Committee, Fax /Phone 020 7727 5300
(Disconnected) â?oWeâ? is editorial.
To: Rt. Hon. David Cameron, MP, House of Commons, London SW1A 0AA.
Please reply to 11 Ten Acres, Misbourne Farm, Amersham Road, Chalfont

Dear Mr Cameron,
Mr Osborne is one of those MPs who discourage communication with the
result that we have to email you again.
The Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards is clearly another
Mandelson selection and is biased in favour of members of the Labour
Party.
. We quote from a Mail on Sunday article.
â?oAnd what of Mr Vaz? Follo
wing our revelations, an investigation was
launched by John Lyon, the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards.
In January Mr Lyon wrote a letter to a Labour activist who had lodged a
complaint against Mr Vaz as a result of our allegations.
Mr Lyon told the activist, â?~Having carefully considered the evidence I
have received I have concluded that there are no grounds that Mr Vaz
failed to register or declare a relevant interest in respect of Dr
Mireskandari or (his firm) Dean and Dean.
â?~The evidence I have received supports the assurances that Mr Vaz has
given me, and which I accept, that while he knows Dr Mireskandari and
has met him socially and professionally on a number of occasions,
neither he nor his wife has had any financial relationship with or
received any pecuniary or other material benefit either direct or
indirect from Dr Mireskandari or from Dean and Dean Solicitorsâ?T.
Mr Lyon dismissed the complaint and regards the matter closed.
One has to wonder at the scope, thoroughness and credulity of his
so-called investigation. He certainly made no attempt to contact us.â?
The above excerpt was part of a MailOnline report on 16 March 2009.
It is headed Keith Vaz, the freebie tickets and the truth about that
letter to a judge in the High Court â?" By Richard Pendelbury and Stephen
Wright
Note that Lyon has just cleared Alistair Darling of wrongdoing.
Yours sincerely, pp VOMIT
Comment: Many years ago there was a report on Darlingâ?Ts property
portfolio in connection with property in, we believe, Morningside or
Lothian Road, Edinburgh. Darling has again been caught with his
fingers in the till and Lyon has protected him just as he protected
Vaz, Chairman of the Home Affairs Committee.
What of George Osborne being on the luxury yacht of a Russian
millionaire at the same time as Mandelson? Something stinks.
Letter (4anThornton2) Misconduct in Public Office Sunday 5 July
2009
To: Chief Constable Sara Thornton, Thames Valley Police, Oxford Road,
Kidlington, Oxford
From: VOMIT Please reply to 11 Ten Acres, Amersham Road, Chalfont
St Giles, Bucks. HP8 4TB (letter) or by email. â?oWeâ? is editorial.
Dear Madam,
We take the view that you have had time to at least acknowledge
receipt of our letter of 25 June particularly since rules issued by the
Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards (Labour luvvie John Lyon)
require you to reply promptly even if correspondence is considered
abusive by you. We were not abusive.
The fundamental complaint was the theft of the orchard from the
freeholders of Misbourne Farmhouse. You are now alleged to be
colluding with the present wrongdoers operating from the barnyard of
Chipstead Farm. Today and yesterday there was noisy repair work
being done. One tractor spent nearly f
ive minutes today before it
could join the A413 and travel in the direction of Chalfont St Giles.
The access to our Freehold property in Ten Acres field was blocked by
another tractor.
This disregard for criminal offences and violations of planning
regulations demonstrates that the Thames Valley Police Authority is
dominated by Freemasonry.
It is 1830 hours and we learn that a tractor with a baling device is
blocking the letterboxes. The side access road is still blocked.
Yours sincerely, pp VOMIT
Recap: A solicitor wrote as follows.
â?oAs for the police, their main job is to keep the Kingâ?Ts (or
Queenâ?Ts)
Peace. Same goes for the Crown Prosecution Service. Nothing done in
the name of the crown can be wrong.â?
That is what solicitors have to put up with from judges who believe
that they have a divine right.
Kfj007@googlemail.com Keith Jones explains what the Law really is.
â?oOnly when a jury determines both law and fact (the last peaceful
safeguard against tyranny) will you put an end to this abuse and comply
with the doctrine of the separation of powers which since the time of
Polybius sought to defend the citizen against the tyranny of those
exercising state powers who would be judges in their own cause.â? K
Jones
jhwilson@rightsandwrong.com.au agrees with K Jones but has now reached
the stage of believing that his reader
s have followed his case on a
daily basis. It appears that he had a variable rate mortgage, which
he believes to be unlawful and further, that he is entitled to trial by
jury. John states, â?oThe Banks and Judges continue to disregard Due
Process and the Rule of Law â?" again exposed by challenging the
jurisdiction of the court.â?
John Wilson is an Australian dentist who has been denied a jury trial
and been unable to carry on his dental practice because the powers that
be have locked him out of his premises.
