Dear Fellow Australians,

Yesterday, at the Hornsby Local Court, the usual kangaroo court farce took 
place, ie: disregarding legal rights and disregarding legal procedures (ie: 
the Right to Trial by Jury and the Challenge to the Jurisdiction of the 
Court). The "Magistrate"'s name was DAKIN. For I moment I thought, "Where do 
I know that name from. There's a Durkin ...a fat female posing as a 
"Registrar" in the NSW Supreme Court .... perhaps that's it.".

Only driving home, this evening, did it dawn on me. DAKIN was the name of 
the criminal and traitor posing as a "Magistrate" at Burwood Local Court, 
last year. I checked my transcripts and, sure enough, "MAGISTRATE DAKIN" in 
the Burwood local Court, 30th July 2008. On that occasion, also, he denied 
me my Right to Trial by Jury and  disregarded my Challenge to the 
Jurisdiction of the Court (see: attached transcript).

The last time at the Hornsby local Court a "Magistrate" Brennan ran out of 
the courtroom when I Challenged the Jurisdiction of the Court as he 
hurriedly adjourned the matter to today, the 20th May 2009.  Brennan took 
over from some "Registrar" at 10:00 am in Court 1 when a female clerk said 
to me, "Mr Wilson. Court 2.".

So, Mick Gallagher, Ray Lovett and myself moseyed around to Court 2 and I 
went in but there was no "Judicial Officer". I spoke to a young couple 
sitting waiting for their turn and informed the fellow that he had the Right 
to Trial by Jury in any action. I lawyer sitting at a table told me to be 
quiet as he would be advising his client. I told him he was cheating his 
client by not informing him of his Rights. The lawyer got angry and told me 
to "Go away." and, as the fellow looked a bit stunned, I went back to Mick 
and Ray in the corridor.

After a while, a clerk asked me to go in ...and then the exchange took place 
between me and DAKIN with me accusing him of treason, etc. DAKIN went into 
the now-familiar routine of Judicial Corruption, Perjury and Treachery... 
and, like at Burwood, had the Sheriffs physically remove me.....and he 
"proceeded" without me being there. A female Sheriff came out about 10 
minutes later saying, "Big fines. Big fines."

How stupid are these numbskulls?

Obviously, Brennan (the resident "Magistrate" at Hornsby) didn't want 
another episode of facing the truth ...and thicko DAKIN was called in by the 
Judicial MAFIA to do their hatchet job on the Law. Could it be that Brennan 
refused to go the hatchet job, ie: refused to do what the Judicial MAFIA 
wanted him to do...???? ....and they had to send in DAKIN (because I've 
never seen him at Hornsby before)......perhaps there's a little unrest in 
the camp of the enemy...??? In the NSW Supreme Court, Queen's Square, the 
Judicial MAFIA have quiet a few "Judges" as hatchetmen, eg: Johnson, 
Harrison, Grove, Kirby, etc., ....and, of course, evil Adams.

They really believe they are above the Law. For the moment, they are playing 
their part in the Banks' Manifesto to destroy Truth, Justice, Freedom and 
Democracy ...with the intellectually-deficient Police and Sheriffs in their 
GESTAPO role of "Just following orders".

I wonder what tomorrow will bring.

Former recorder John Hugh Fryer-Spedding of Mirehouse, Bassenthwaite,

Blair, Gordon Brown and Queen Elizabeth have faied to carry out their public 
duty towards Spedding. The UK is not in fact a democracy. It is in fact a 
Monarchy and probably one of the worlds worst. deceit and lies are all part 
of the UK rule. The Secret Society cult of Freemasonry where Queen Elizabeth 
II is the UK English head, is one of the UK nations biggest problems. 
Freemasonry is not just an old boys club. It works as a Mafia helping to 
manipulate the UK in the way which it wants. Murder is part of their game.
