Andy McCardle State Murder.

In February 2003 my home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne-Wear DH5 
0HT, came under an illegal Northumbria Police Special Squad two and a half 
day police siege. They made two attempts to murder me, the first having been 
by shooting and the second by trying to impale me on sword that was an 
ornament in my home. Northumbria Police, led by a Freemason, hypocrite and 
murderer Mr Tony Blair, along with David Blunkett then Home Secretary 
continue to ignore these facts. Maybe however from things coming to light 
since then, Blunkett might have then just been home with his secretary 
instead of doing his job of Home Secretary or maybe he was just doing both? 
These are the bare facts of this matter the rest which have been circulated 
to my friends and colleages they should be a matter of great public concern 
to anyone who still thinks that the UK is a democracy rather than the 
hypocrisy that in fact it is proved to be. As a former New Labour Town 
Councillor, I can make this statement knowing the actual truth of it.

Following the end of that illegal police siege of my home it was stolen 
along with most of my personal possessions which included furniture and 
files etc that I held that was part of the  proof of the fact that the UK 
establishment is corrupt right to its very core. Thankfully much of it had 
been copied to others by then anyway.

I suffered a heart attack around three weeks after the police attempts to 
murder me at my home. I was taken to Carlisle Cumberland Hospital Cardiac 
Care Ward.  While there I was subject of an attempt to have me Sectioned 
under the Mental Health Act. This is now a very common ploy that is used by 
our corrupt establishment to help rid themselves of whistle blowers. That 
attempt to Section me failed.

In February of this year I was again admitted to Cumberland Hospital in 
Carlisle. Another attempt to Section me there under the Mental Health Act 
again failed. I received warnings from a senior hospital member of  staff. 
They went: "Have you not heard of the saying, keep your mouth shut and your 
bowels open" and, "You buck the establishment and it will buck you back". 
Facts regarding this matter were provided to my friends and colleagues.

Around three weeks ago I was arrested by a Cumbrian police officer. He said 
that it was done as a favour to Northumbria Police. I was taken to Calisle 
Police Station. Throughout the rest of the day that I was there I was denied 
access to very essential medication which I require for what are life 
threatening medical conditions. This matter was reported to the Cumbria 
Police Complaints and Discipline Department. It is now subject of a police 
inquiry. However, under the European Human Rights Convention all UK citizens 
require access to independent or impartial tribunals or authorities. In 
plain language, the UK has no such independent authorities. During the day 
four of my computers and all associated software that I had were taken from 
my home. In all  and in much less than two years, I have had six computers 
in all taken from me by police. Mr C Strachan, Chief Constable of 
Northumbria, has been informed by me through his Complaints and Discipline 
Department, that he has rendered himself liable to a lawful citizens arrest 
for the crime of misconduct in public office that can carry with it a prison 
sentence of up to seven years.His use of crime against me has been also 
nothing short of massive. I had suffered severe chest pain for most of the 
day while detained at Carlisle Police Station but this was ignored by both 
the police and the police doctor. The latter refused to verify to me whether 
he was or was not a Freemason. I required that information with a link 
subject to Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention. Instead of 
being given that information, I received from that doctor what I will simply 
call a mouthful of utterances from him. I am now aware that he was in fact a 
Freemason. The police duty solicitor at Carlisle Police Station at the 
material time was also a Freemason. He ignored my request to be given that 
information three times.

Following my release from Carlisle Police Station later that day, I was 
admitted to Cumberland Hospital in the early hours of the following morning. 
Members of the hospital staff then told me that Cumberland Hospital had been 
built from money provided by Freemasons. They went on to say that many if 
not most of the doctors employed there were also known to them as members of 
Freemasonry. Membership of Freemasonry within the medical proffession has 
been a known problem to me and many others for several years now. Dr Harold 
Shipman the mass murderer was a Freemason and was clearly protected from his 
crimes by yet more masons within his profession. Other matters which concern 
my medical records at Cumberland Hospital have also come to light and have 
been reported to my friends and associates for use in the event of my own 
death.

To conclude this posting I add the following information:

Queen Elizabeth II is Patron Head of UK Freemasonry which is both a Secret 
Society and a cult. The Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales are also 
members of it. The Queens late father, King George 6th was also another 
menber of Freemasonry. Another member of the Royal Family, the Duke of Kent 
is the Grand Master of all UK Freemasonry. In fact the Royal Family is shown 
almost to have been steeped in Freemasonry for many years. Prime Minister 
Tony Blair is also a member of Freemasonry. Little wonder that he went along 
with the Masonic argument following his elction as PM in 1997 which was that 
Freemasonry is not a Secret Society but a Society with Secrets. They are in 
fact both of these things. The judicial oath of fairness to all manner of 
men, which is sworn by all magistrates and judges to the Queen Elizabeth II 
is a proven fraud of massive proportions.  To help help me prove this fact I 
wrote to the Patron Head of UK Freemasonry otherwise more commonly known as 
Queen Elizabeth II. The reply to my letter to her was confirmation of the 
judicial oath fraud and the fact that  all UK  citizens are blatantly being 
denied their rights under Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights 
Convention. The European Court of Human Rights is a paper tiger anyway and 
as the Italian Prime Minister joked in recent years is ruled by Freemasons 
and paedophiles anyway. Both Blair and the Eurpean Court of Human Rights are 
fully aware of this fact of the UK having no authorities required under 
Article 6(1) but are continuing to ignore it. Blair is in receipt of my 
damages claim against him for his his failure to set in motion the 
instruments required to sert up such independent authorities  which are 
required under Article 6(1) of the Convention. Queen Elizabeth's Civil 
Honours List is becoming a matter of concern about the numbers of Freemasons 
who are so often included in it. Could this be one way to help the survival 
of the UK Monarchy and to help close mouths of those who might otherwise ask 
the question about how Queen Elizabeth II is now said to be the richest 
woman in the world? With  such massive weath now into the billions of pounds 
also comes power!

Andy McCardle will not be forgotten by the many and rising number of victims 
of the very corrupt UK Establishment. The statement made to me by an Islamic 
friend that Britain is not so much of a democracy but more of a hypocrisy is 
true. The evidence of my own cases help prove this fact. There are many more 
such similar cases throughout the UK.

Given the number of Freemasons employed within the UK justice, or rather 
injustice system under the absolute control of Freemasons of their higher 
level, Freemasonry has access to most information that they might be 
interested in on any UK citizen. Its the Old Boys Club of the UK corrupt 
establishment and of the legal profession in particular. Its been this way 
since long before I was born.

On the matter of Andy McCardle's murder at Carstairs State Prison, described 
by others as a concentration camp, this is something that wont simply just 
disappear. Murder has also been threatened against me but that does not 
worry or deter me from continuing to whistle blow right to my last breath. 
Andy clearly had a conscience and he paid for with his life. Those who have 
been instrumental in his death now have a severe price to pay for that.

Along with Freemason Dr Harold Shipman the mass murderer, there was William 
Hamilton The Dunblane mass muderer, paedophile and Freemason. Both the 
alleged UK establishment independent inquiries into these matters have been 
only some of the Whitewash jobs under Blair since 1997 when he then deceived 
the UK public into electing him as Prime Minister under New Labour. The fact 
also is that Blair was never a socialist but very clearly only joined the 
Labour Party of old that was most likely to get him into the position which 
he now holds. I think it true to write here that many people have now found 
since 1997 that Blair is anything what they though he was. Probably New 
Labour might also now be called New Conservative as their policies align so 
closely? There have been few better Conservatives than Blair.

I think that Andy may now have the peace that he looked for during his 
battle with our corrupt Masonic infested establishment. He has not died in 
vain and our corrupt establishment will surely  get to know this fact in 
time. Andy's murder has assisted with the birth of a lion which will one day 
rise up and devour those who assisted with his murder along with their evil 
which they represent as ruling hypocrites of the UK establishment.

Andy McCardle telephoned VOMIT in the evening of 26 December and explained 
that he was able to telephone twice on successive nights because of a 
Christmas concession. He was bright and lively but has said repeatedly that 
he would only be released when he was dead.

One of Mr McCardle's solicitors Yvonne McKenna, claims that she has written 
to Chief Executive of Carstairs, Adrianna Adamson, three times including one 
letter by recorded delivery requesting documents to enable her to proceed 
with Mr McCardle's case. Adamson has not replied and Mr McCardle is slowly 
being converted to a cabbage by Thomson who should be disciplined by the 
General Medical Council which protects the killers in the medical 
profession. In the circumstances McKenna should have applied to the court 
for access to the necessary documentation. Mr McCardle was told by Adamson 
that he could now make unsupervised telephone calls to his solicitors. The 
ward manager countermanded her instructions. Mr McCardle's promised computer 
has not arrived.
Mr McCardle has been unlawfully detained in the Carstairs cesspit since 6 
September 2001. He has information about notorious criminals acting with 
policemen, judges and solicitors in organised crime. Several solicitors have 
taken up his case but have backed off without giving a reason.

James MacDonald of Stirling who agreed to be Mr McCardle's Curator ad litem 
has been visiting Pakistan. Steven A Anderson, solicitor based at Sighthill 
(Fax 0131 442 3344), in spite of his multiple Legal Aid certificates has 
still done nothing to secure Mr McCardle's release and compensation.
The Scottish people have for many years been subjected to the most draconian 
measures by the legal establishment which brooks no criticism. The 
Westminster parliament is polluted with Scottish MPs who are primarily to

Trials are rehearsed in the lodge. Miscarriages of justice are
carefully CRAFTED. The victim always says "I WILL APPEAL". This brings
more money into the war chest.

The Government runs, via the Brotherhood, a HUGE industry faking up
degrees and diplomas for totally untrained "Brothers".

The Gang swarmed out into the world, and demolished one fifth of it.

good", so much wealth was destroyed that Britain never became rich
from it.

Honest, decent Town Councillor Maurice Kellett had been informed of
irregularities in the behaviour of Establishment figures, by his

life, and he has been made seriously ill.
