And to add insult to injury the Trades Unions are going to have a say in who 
becomes leader.
Rhodri Morgan has been a totally ineffective First Minister who has achieved 
precisely nothing during his term in office.
That we in Wales are to have yet another unelected leader just simply isn't 
good enough.
