I try not to send parcels if I can. Letters have been replaced by emails a
long time ago.

Thing is, when I send something from here (US) to the UK, and it gets lost
of broken the US Postal Service, and the Royal Mail always blame each
other.

The day after the the two day strike the Postie stuck a Domino's flyer.
a car insurance leaflet and a list of reliable local tradesmen through
our letter box. I guess all our real letters were stuck in a sorting
office somewhere.
