JURYPHOBIA......the fear of JURIES.

"When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the 
government fears the people, there is liberty." (Thomas Jefferson)

BANKS, JUDGES and POLICE have JURYPHOBIA because they are CRIMINALS and 
TRAITORS.

Hence, the determined subverting and extirpating of the laws and liberties 
of the People by the "evil counsellors, judges and ministers" (Bill of 
Rights 1688).

The BANKS are THIEVES with their fraudulent contracts, ie: variable interest 
rates render a contract void for uncertainty, and their creating money out 
of thin air which they inject into the economy by way of loans which they 
recoup with interest which constitute the greatest swindle in history.

The JUDGES deny PEOPLE the RIGHT to TRIAL BY JURY and, as TRIAL BY JURY IS 
DEMOCRACY, this denial constitutes TREASON.

The POLICE protect the BANKS by concealing BANK FRAUD when a victim reports 
that FRAUD and charges the victim with "making a false report to police". 
The POLICE also conspire with the JUDGES by actively participating in 
summary proceedings when the accused has not consented to be without a JURY, 
which is itself a most serious offence, again, constituting TREASON. The 
POLICE commit continual TRESPASS and FALSE ARRESTS without warrants.  The 
POLICE protect themselves and the other THIEVES and TRAITORS.

JURIES are "the Palladium of Liberty", "the Bulwark of Freedom", "the only 
Defence against Tyranny", "the Glory of English Law", "the only anchor yet 
imagined that can hold a government to the principles of its constitution", 
etc. JURIES nullify bad laws. The TRUTH will make us FREE. JURIES are 
congregations of twelve FREEMEN who ask, "SO HELP ME GOD" in order for them 
to administer JUSTICE. All these and more entrench TRIAL BY JURY as THE 
essential element of the RULE OF LAW and of DEMOCRACY that only EVIL-DOERS 
FEAR .........they have JURYPHOBIA.

Australian Courts are KANGAROO COURTS, ie: courts that act unfairly or 
dishonestly or disregard legal rights or disregard legal procedures.This is 
clear demonstrated when a FREEMAN his RIGHT to TRIAL BY JURY, the JUDGE then 
denies his that RIGHT and the FREEMAN CHALLENGES THE JURISDICTION OF THE 
COURT ( a legal procedure bringing about a peremptory stay of proceedings 
until the jurisdiction can be determined by a JURY) only to have the JUDGE 
disregard the CHALLENGE (saying, in his own cause, that he does have 
jurisdiction and will judge the accused without obtaining the consent of the 
accused to be without a JURY ...saying that such consent is "IMMATERIAL").

JUSTICE is emphatically PERVERTED....because JUSTICE itself it "the 
protection of rights and the punishment of wrongs".

Australia has been stripped of any semblance of the RULE OF LAW by these 
CONSPIRATORS....by these CRIMINAL and TRAITORS.
