The only one to lose in this case was the claimant
himself.............he currently has a six figure bill for legal
costs, and has lost any scrap of credibility that he may have had
before commencing legal action against someone with a little knowledge
of the law, that wasnt provided by fuckwith barrack room lawyers
posting on usenet.
