Turtill in contempt again?
If I understand the law correctly it is an offence to publicly slag off
a County Court Judge, or indeed any, Law Court Judge. If this be the
case then I venture to suggest that Peter Turtill is once again in
contempt of court.
<quote>
Can I request that my case is heard by another judge on the circuit
(if that is the correct terms) as I did not get on well with the judge
last time as he did not understand my case.
</quote>

What Peter Turtill is implying, in so many sarcastic words, is that the
Judge was thick and when he awarded £1,000 costs against Peter Turtill,
he was not being fair, in Turtill's opinion of course. As a decent,
upstanding citizen I believe it my duty to inform said Judge of Peter
Turtill's remarks.
--------------
Peter Turtill said in another place:
"You cannot libel a dead person".

They are not just *think*, but a bunch of (bwitish) state sponsered
pedophiles that should be treated like the perverts that they are by
people in the community.
