FDC phoned me at home today to get me to say that I was satisfied with their 
response last time I complained about them. (I couldn't actually recall the 
incident they were on about, there are so many.)  I was saying that they 
never seem to listen when you talk to them, that they shunt you from desk to 
desk and you never speak to the same officer twice, that all their responses 
seem impersonal and straight from a script when I noticed that the woman was 
talking over me and telling me I was mistaken.  Possibly she collected the 
information she wanted, but on the whole I rest my case your honour.
