It said in the free rag on Thursday that the Parks Department were
originally  going to tidy that area up - but they weren't now able to.
They have had to waste tax-payers'  money on defending a number of
cases by litigants in person in court which were a real waste of both
money and time for all concerned.
Some of these no-hopers can be so selfish.
