Greetings to All Fellow Campaigners !
Magna Carta Day; the 15th of June, 2009.
Dear Members,
This Magna Carta Day, let us resolve again to teach everyone everywhere
about the indispensability to the well-being of all, of mankind's model
Justice System: the Constitutional Common Law Trial by Jury.
We should propagate the words of Scottish legal historian and philosopher
Sir James Mackintosh, writing about Magna Carta:
"To have produced it, to have preserved it, to have matured it, constitute
the immortal claim of England on the esteem of Mankind. Her Bacons and
Shakespeares, her Miltons and Newtons, with all the truth which they have
revealed, and all the generous virtues which they have inspired, are of
inferior value when compared with the subjection of men and their rulers
to
the principles of justice; if, indeed, it be not more true that these
mighty
spirits could not have been formed except under equal laws, nor roused to
full activity without the influence of that spirit which the Great Charter
breathed over their forefathers."

It is time once again for the wondrous influence of Magna Carta, the Great
Charter Constitution, to be restored, to be brought to bear, in order to
illuminate the way ahead for all mankind towards compassionate worldwide
civilisation: of equal justice, peace, liberty, prosperity, progress and
the
human right to unmolested tranquillity of existence, the private pursuit
of
happiness.

Bomber Blair and Gordon Brown members of the Freemason cult are still
failing to carry out their public duty and continue to protect judicial
criminal John Hugh Fryer-Spedding of "Mirehouse". Bassenthwaite, Keswick,
Cumbria. These people are guilty at least of the crime of misconduct in
Public Office. This is an arrestable crime. Spedding's crimes along with
the
woman that he assisted to carry out serious crime in Durham and , National
Insurance Inspector, Miss Shirley Carr engineered the theft of my home at
16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne and Wear. At the time my home was
stolen, Northumbria Police Special Squad handcuffed me and then tried to
push a sword through my chest which had previously decorated a room in my
home.
Previous to that matter I had contributed to the House of Commons Home
Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into Freemasonry within the UK police and
judiciary. I remained in contact with LordThat was one of the many frauds
carried out by the UK Government. Queen Elizabeth II is the Patron of ther
UK Secret Society Cult of Freemasonry. Northumbria Poilice have refused to
investigate the above matter. Refusing to do that was also one of the many
crimes used against me by Northumbria Police. The influence of a Mafia
(organised crime ring) within UK police generally is proved time and time
again. Murder carried out by UK police is now a fact of life.
The UK does not have an elected Prime Minister which raises a considerable
number of questions that need to be answered.
The judicial Oath (of fairness) sworn by all UK judges and magistrates
only
the the patron of the Secret Society of Freemasonry is a fraud of massive
proportions with Queen Elizabeth II as a significant part of it...
Fairness
is not part of the alleged UK democracy. The UK is in fact a Monarcy not a
democracy.
The Magna Carta of 1215 AD is still valid but is being ignored by Crown
officers. It seems absolute power is their aim. This is a recipe for
disaster for the UK.
.Be it generally known that the property "Mirehouse", near Keswick is no
longer is owned by judicial criminal John Hugh Fryer-SpeddinghSped though
he presently resides there. The damage that this judicial criminal has
caused to me
The Registrar of the Durham District Land Registry, Mr Patrick Timothy,
permitted a false entry to be made on the Durham District Land Regoister.
That was clearly to assist in the perversion of justice in the above named
Durham and Newcastle County Courts. Land and property is not safe with
people like Patrick Timothy. He too is guilty of the crime of misconduct
in
Public Office with resultant consequences.
