Should I buy Forza 3

I really like Forza 2 and was very excited to hear about Forza 3.  I have 
yet to purchase Forza 3, still playing Forza 2.
Would appreciate some feedback now it's released  - how does it rate to 
Forza 2?

well, mine doesn't have anything, despite being pre-ordered from Play
ages ago here I sit broken hearted. I don't know if it will arrive at
all thanks to them and the posties.
