GPSMidlands are completely useless.  They blantently lie about the length of 
time to repair items; rarely respond to emails and can't even be bothered to 
apologies for their completely inadequate service.  It took them well over a 
month to return my PDA after a verbal quote of 3 - 4 days and this only 
after I threatened legal action.  I would't send them a turd from now on - 
though they deserve it.
