Got an SMS on Thu 16th from: 0012voip about calls to Aussie mobiles
from 12voip.com, (yetanotherbetamaxclone.com)
They only have my mobile number as they require one when you set
up a payment account, I hope they don't make a habit of this
as there is no way I can see to opt out.

Apparently it is another proprietary system (not SIP), or so I have read.
Only works on Windows and Mac... I abandoned Windows months ago, for
Ubuntu Linux, so I can't comment on this product.

Now I've got CLID working on my webcalldirect (Betamax) account using
their client software, I'd like to get it working on at least some of my
collection of handheld wifi SIP phones (Pirelli, Benq, E28 plus a couple

I work from home, with the PC at my office desk.
I like my SMSlisto (Betamax) softphone which make a fantastic
hands-free speakerphone.
I would also like to use SMSlisto downstairs - ideally without the
requirement ofr the PC to be on. I posess a Linksys PAP3 ATA - not
currently in use.

is not available in the drop down list on the Regional Tab (only values of
