Vodafone Family

Twice this week calls that should have been included have been taken from my
freedom pack balance. The first time VF were very good, and simply
re-issued the pack and said it was sorted. When it happened again on Friday
and I called today I had to have an argument with them to get the pack
reissued (not what ...

3 Mobile Broadband - Adult Restrictions
Sat, 26 Sep 2009 12:54:34 +0100
I wonder if anyone can help me. I bought two Skypephone S2 mobiles from 3 a
year ago, both were purchased at the same time with the same credit card, as
a pair. I have been using one of them regularly until recently, accessing
many web sites via the handset and via the inbuilt modem using a laptop.
Recently I de ...

Fri, 25 Sep 2009 20:19:23 +0100
My brother who lives in a 3G area lost his 3 phone on holiday. When he
got back he wanted an iPhone so started a new contract with O2. He
plans to simply pay off the remaining 9 months of his 3 contract. I
have offered to take it over, although it will stay in his name and I
will send him the monthly fee.

per month for broadband but .................
It's only for very occasional use to access w ...

Upgrade with 3
Fri, 25 Sep 2009 18:45:02 +0100
I've been a 3 customer for a reasonably long time
and my last 18 month contract was up last week.
I'm a happy subscriber, so I'm staying with them.
Has anyone in a similar situation managed to
negotiate a better contract renewal than the
offers they show on their website - as if you were
a new customer? ...
