do plusnet throttle apple tv?

Hi, I'm with plusnet and I really like them (uk cust service is brilliant).
But my apple tv crawls most evenings when my web connection from my
laptop is fine. It makes downloading movies or trailers impossible.
I saw in the I love plusnet thread they throttle certain things. Would
apple tv be one of them or ...

Hi all, I just want to share how happy I am with Plusnet. I signed up
with them in December 08 to their 1 month bargain package which was ¡ê10
for about 3Gb of data per month, then within a couple of days of my kids
downloading every thing they could get their hands on I smashed the
limit and Plusnet throttled ...
