Caller Display Gone? -BT Privacy at Home

I use the BT phone so infrequently that I've only just noticed my caller
display no longer works. I had a listen to an incoming call for the burst
ahead of the ring, and sure enough, it's no longer there.
It used to be part of the BT Privacy at Home package - I'm guessing they
have removed this or are penalis ...

I am getting well and truly fed up with receiving what are apparently
automated calls from abroad. So far I've had 8 today. I'm concerned
that they might continue throughout the night, waking us up, Yet I
don't like the idea of leaving the phone off-hook in case there's an
urgent call.

Treatment Centre (Run by Nations Healthcare) is 07890 632988. Please,
is this a mobile or a "personal" number and how much does it cost to
call it from (a) a BT landline and (b) a mobile phone?

phone about 4 months ago. but I deleted them mistake. Is there any way
i can retrieve them,without having to purchase an expensive device? I
mean, are the texts still stored on the sim somewhere? ...

BT master socket half covered by a partition wall!

A friend of mine has a strange situation with her BT master socket.
Before she bought the house a builder seems to have built a new
partition wall and skirting board right up to her socket so that half
of the front panel of it is totally covered.
