I've received an alert from http://www.dcs.lancs.ac.uk/iono/aurorawatch/ today for the first time in many months. It is claiming "VERY LARGE increase in local activity, possible SSC." Is this significant as the spike suggests, and are we going to have a run of out of sync weather events? Paul Shireloor ...
