River Irwell flooding - is the ELR OK?

I'm seeing BBC news reports about major flood alerts in the North
West, including reports that the Irwell has already burst its banks.
ISTR last time that happened it carried away one of the ELR's bridges
between Irwell Vale and Ramsbottom. Is there any significant risk to
the railway this time round? ...
