DLA & change in health

I might have to change a double heart value replacement, which would require
both values to have a Mechanical valve.
(I've previously had a repair on one value and a value replacement,
Bioprosthetic valve).

I'm making this enquiry for my brother who's having trouble with his
ESA claim. He's been receiving it before this 15 point system, and
now they've assessed him as having 6 points. Amazingly the DWP have

Well as you know its been a while since I first went from JSA to ESA, and
was in receipt of ESA up until the DWP sham medical, where they saw fit to
stop ESA as I only scored 12 points, so I appealed.
Its taken them a few weeks to sort out the appeal and they have finally paid
