My local gov has sent out a benefit review.
The last section of this is a declaration - "I'm telling the truth, I
know that lying is illegal, and I know that I must tell you, in writing,
abut any changes". The same declaration was on the original claim, and
on the JC+ claim forms too.

Bob claims Council Tax benefit.
Who pays this money? Where does this money come from?
Is it paid by central government to local government on Bob's behalf
while he's claiming, or do local government just take it out of their
coffers?
(Can Bob say he's a council tax payer, even though it's not him paying ...

ESA appeal update. Thunderbirds are still go.

09.
Appeal sent on the 9th June 09.
I phoned Cosham today, they still havent received my appeal.
Coming up for a month now and no money to live on, thanks to the gestapo

Culture Secretary, submitted a phone bill for 1p in October 2005.
