Advice
Tue, 20 Jan 2009 11:18:43 -0000
My husband pays via the CSA to his two children on the old scheme, one is 17
and the other 15.
I care for my elderly granddad and am in the process of claiming for carers
allowance. Seeing as it is a taxable benefit can the CSA take this into
account if they ever re-assess my husband?

later....

CSA interview
Mon, 5 Jan 2009 05:17:12 -0800 (PST)
I've had a phone call from "compliance officer" at my work. He says
that letters are being returned to them from my home and even that
he's visited my door and left cards for me and that I haven't
contacted them? I asked the details of when the letters were sent and
he couldn't tell me. Funny how I set up a paymen ...

CSA and Girobank slips
Tue, 21 Oct 2008 12:13:07 -0700 (PDT)
Hi folks. Great groups and very informative posts abound.
I have a question for anyone - I've spent the past couple of years in
further education and so my case was not chased up... apart from some
arrears I accrued during that time. Anyway, I phoned them today to
discuss paying them off and asked for some Girob ...

Activating old cases
Mon, 20 Oct 2008 04:08:29 -0700 (PDT)
Well you can imagine my surprise when I got a call from the CSA a few
years ago. My ex had applied to them and now they were on my case. So
I rang my ex and we thrashed out a private agreement between us and
she contacted the CSA to ask them to drop the case.
My question is this; I have a feeling my details are ...
