NACSA barking up wrong tree

I have recently subscribed to NACSA, and having read the section about
their aims, have the following comments to make about their proposals
for the new system.

Missing discs

HM Revenue and Customs has confirmed that a further six data discs have gone
missing in transit between its offices in Preston and London.
I guess now the government can kiss goodby to itroducing ID cards, if they
cant protect child benefit and christ we know they can't protect CSA info

Arrears

This might have been asked before.
I've had a letter from the CSA informing me that my arrears payments
are to go up, the reason being it's the new government policy of
paying off the arrears in 2 years.
Is this correct or the usual bulls**t.

CSA & a large mortgage

Okay, hypothetical question.
Income: ¡ê100,000
Value of house: ¡ê700,000
Monthly Mortgage Repayment: ¡ê9,500
Mortgage Term: 15 years
What could the CSA1 system claim? Techcnically I would have ¡ê500 per month
left to live on, ignoring ALL other bills.

chap at work has been assessed on new system
he earns ¡ê 19k annum and they want ¡ê 592 month from him
He says they have done the %'s for the 2 kids
but they want on top, travel costs etc for ex wife to take kids to school
etc (long list of stuff)
I thought the % system was flat and thats it, whats all this othe r ...
