For those in London - went to Magdalen on Friday - essentially an
upmarket Anchor and Hope (one of the chefs comes from there). Had

There are now several oversalted portions in my freezer.
I realise that I cannot remove the health detrimental effects,
but any suggestions on how to reduce or eliminate the adverse effects
