SVD Dragunov Tigr 04 rifle

I'm looking to buy a SVD/Dragunov Tigr 04 rifle which is a
manually-operated repeating rifle made at the Izhmash factory. There
are two variants 'available' in the UK, one of which is in military spec
(see first link) and the second is in 'civilian' spec (second link).
There's also a whopping price differen ...

stripper clips. Different Mk.1 nos. and manufacturers markings etc.?

I'd bought two sets of Peltor Tactical 6S electronic ear muffs recently.
In fact, these were additional sets as I already have a set. Whilst I'm
writing, I'll say that the Peltor electronics are superior to all
cheaper brands that I've come across, faster response and clearer sound.
