come to the conclsion that I'll never be good at Sporting with my

Double Rise - give us a clue?

The Double Rise County Championship is on 28th April, and I'm down to do
it.
40 pairs apparently.
So, having never done it before, can someone point me to what this
discipline entails?
And going off a bit here, this surely should be a thing that is on the
CPSA website, but if it is there, I cannot find it.

Went to Newbold yesterday - good day had by all - shot crap but it's a very
good ground - clean and tidy - will certainly go again and shoot it if it
comes up at another ground.-Nick Hollick had a very solid 92 in when I left
and even with a near full handycap got no where near him.
