When doing license renewal does brother-in-law count as a relative when
getting your photo signed as a true likeness of this person who is in
my opinion etc etc
i.e the counter signatory ?

Plastic or fibre

I mainly shoot Clays at locations where plastic wads are allowed, but
sometimes also at others where only fibre is to be used.
My question is, should you use fibre wads everywhere and maintain a constant
match of gun/cartridge or use plastic/fibre depending on the location.
I'm not sure of the exact ballistic ...
