Boyd V Profaze 1867 case.
I read in another part of the forums that it might contain an answer i

such circumstances are there any sanctions which the judge can brin ...

Thu, 18 Sep 2008 22:50:08 +0100
Hi all,
I was hoping you could help me with this problem:
about 15 months ago my landlord stole my deposit: he gave me a cheque
that bounced. I sought help from lawyers, but they all said it wasn't
worth suing as the amount was relatively small compared to the fees
I'd have incurred.
Now I have changed job and ...

Curious about differing press reports - can anybody explain the
difference between "being placed on the Sex Offenders Register" and
"being made to sign the Sex Offenders Register"?

exactly does the signature signify, and what happens if someone

Police helping defence
Thu, 18 Sep 2008 14:20:14 +0100
This question is obviously triggered by current events, but I'll try to
keep it hypothetical.

analyse evidence in the interests of justice.
Not only that but the prosecution has a duty to disclose all relevant
evidence to the defence.

Thu, 18 Sep 2008 13:40:15 +0100
I am in dispute with a former colleague to whom I had given some work and
paid in advance. The work was not done and it was necessary to cancel the
commission and place it elsewhere. I am seeking the return of the advance
and intend following the small claims court procedure.
My question is this: for previo ...
