I've contacted the DTI and I urge everyone else who is dissatisfied
with the companies in question to do the same. The more complaints
they receive the more likely they will be to do something about it.

over a month ago, didn't get the job he said I was 'perfect' for and
needless to say after reading the other posts here I'm pretty angry.
How can we get a refund? Someone said that they are going to approach
their bank and ask for a reco ...
