Went into the Abbey this week to draw two biggish amounts by cheque from
my account to pay quarterly management charges for our flat and my

Can anyone tell me when this is effective from, please?
Is it for the fiscal year in which one attains 65, from the attainment
of that age for the remainder of that year, or for the subsequent tax
year onwards?
